Who are we?
Upstanding is a northern beaches based building company that has built a solid reputation for delivering quality renovations and extensions.
We are the one stop shop that works with you from design and council submissions, right through to building and completing your project.
We keep our team small with highly skilled tradesman being hand picked by head builder Lachlan who has worked on over 30 first floor additions and countless home renovations over the past decade.
What we do
Home renovations- We work closely with some of the best designers and architects the Northern beaches has to offer. You can feel safe knowing that our team has extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of home renovating.
Granny flats- We have ready made designs that can be applied to all homes on the northern beaches with blocks 600sqm or larger. Featuring stone bench tops, skylights, and air conditioning as standard, these granny flats are the definition of "quality meets affordability".
First floor additions- As mentioned, head builder Lachlan has worked on over 30 home extensions accross the Northern beaches. What separates us from the rest? We don’t just put a box on top. We work closely with our clients and architects to ensure they get a space that not only looks great but is functional.
Bathroom, laundry, and kitchen renovations- We pride ourselves on the fact that we’ve been using the same trades for over a decade. That means you can expect a seamless project that stays within the budget and on schedule.
Decks and pergolas- Whether you like composite decking or real timber- We can transform your yard to create an entertainment area that can be used year round.
